Our Objective:

  • to deliver the program in an accessible, value sensitive format.


Delivery:

  • Delivery in a live 90 minute /on line video webinar.

  • Delivery will be in a POD of up to 16 sales professionals who remain together throughout the entire program.

  • POD meeting will be recorded to allow for personal review or missed session catch up.

  • POD assignments focused on business development themes will be introduced weekly.

  • The meeting will be coach led and interactive.

Coaching Method:

The intent of each POD webinar is to engage participants, and to have them deal with new concepts and break through any unproductive mental models and practices. The meeting flow will consist of:

  • Introduction of the week’s key concept

  • Open forum discussion of theme

  • Moderated POD sharing of experiences to test the concept

  • Coaching participants as they simulate, in live time, the use of concepts

  • Reviewing learned results

  • Ensuring shared understanding

  • Collective review between meeting assignments
